Throat inflammation and chronic ear pain

I was suffering from left earache and throat pain, dr diagnosed as Silent reflux. My problem got solved mostly but now I am getting constant right side earache and some throat burning sensation and and it goes to ears sometimes. There is something going down from throat I am feeling. Please help

Possibly ear infection due to sinusitis.Pus from sinus, goes down throat and causing occasional throat infection and throat pain.
