Throat infection

Yesterday night I have taken some ice cream and from today morning I am feeling throat infection and slight pain in my throat so unable to swallow any foods. Please suggest any antibiotic for this throat infection due to cold ice cream.

Gargle your throat with warm water with salt. You can take Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for three consecutive days. Take the tablet before food daily.
