Throat Infection, now chest congestion

2023-10-01 04:06:48
Hello, 4 days back I had a minor throat infection. It persisted for 2 days. I was on gargle routine morning and night. Had to take dolo 650 one evening as I was feeling feverish. On third day all was gone. Yesterday the infection came back again on the throat and now I have congestion in my chest. Attaching a photo of my throat for reference. Please advise on the medication. Thank you
