L2-L3 1.87 cm L3-L4 1. 84 cm L4-L5 1.87 cm L5-S1 - 1.53 cm IMPRESSION:- Loss of lumbar lordosis. • Partial disc desiccation with diffuse disc bulge and broad based right paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing moderate asymmetric compromise of the right sided neural foramina and impingement over the traversing nerve root on the right side. The spinal canal dimensions are maintained. • Mild disc bulge is seen at L4-L5 level. I didn't want any surgury plz suggest me treatment
