Thirst, Urination

Age 38 years, male. From last 4 days, have feeling like my throat is dry and increased urination. Need to urinate after drinking water. My rbs is 88% and hba1c is 5.28%. Unable to understand what's the cause. In morning I took ginger garlic turmeric tea and on medication of almokind 5 from last 1 month.
