Thirst & upper abdominal pain  pregnancy

I am feeling very thirsty over the past few weeks and now am in the end of 10th week of pregnancy , with that also am habing an upper abdominal pain, in the gastric tract may be just belpw the chest, the pain is bad soemtimes it lasts for a minute and then it is normal, having some bloating gas issues. Yesterday i felt dizzy and mh pressure came 109/76. I was advised tot ake liquid ors also. Is these are normal during first trimester of pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and also taking susten 200 vaginal capsules and folvite now.had no previous complications.

You are 10 weeks pregnant. You have too many problems. Please consult your Gynaecologist who is looking after you during your pregnancy. You should also get a complete health checkup package done from a reputed Laboratory and consul a General Physician.

Get done your routine check up for diabetes  and urine infection and get done your USG for fetal well being.

Blood pressure is normal Fr dizziness Get ur hemoglobin levels checked Hv a good protein rich diet Lots of fruit vegetables and salads Avoid spicy n fried food Walk after each meal Small frequent meal will help
