  4. Thin lining. I use the estrogen also?

I've done scan on day 12 of cycle and the follicle size was 19mm and the lining was 4.5mm which is very thin, doctor gave me inj ovidrel and progesterone tablets to start on day 14 so can I use the estrogen also?
