I am undergoing follicular study and I have pcos, trying to conceive from a year but no luck. I am on letrozole tablet(along with folic acid, myo inositol, vitamin D, B12, omega 3)and yesterday was day 11 and I have attached the result. Can someone suggest me how to improve endometrium thickness naturally or through medicine? And how to improve egg size and quality. Tomorrow will be day 13 of the study. I really want to conceive in this cycle
