I am diabetic from last 12 years Present blood sugar levels on 3 SEP 2020 BSF: 272 Post BSF: 416 Hba1c : 12.03 S. Creatine : 0.73 Present my medicine Glycomet Aloja Amlodac Cardiopril Modlip Nuhenz Also having blood pressure Please advise

U have  not  mentioned the  dosages. Few tablets  can be  added on  trial  basis for a  week. If  sugars  don't  come to  normal  level, add  insulin.

Check  C- PEPTIDE  levels in  fasting  state
