Usg reports showing there are a number of nodules in thairoid gland. Neck is little swollen from outside.

Get an FNAC test from the thyroid nodule.. blood test for thyroid hormones profile.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and plan for thyroid surgery if required..
