I had c section delivery on 27th March 2024, today I have got scratch on arm from door key. I had taken tdap shot on 16 january 2024, I m breastfeeding my baby. Kindly suggest if I need to take tetnus shot now ?

If you had taken 2 dose of tetanus vaccination during pregnancy, You don't need to take tetanus vaccination at this time.

You do not need an additional TT injection as you have taken Tdap on 16/1/2024. The Tdap vaccine provides long-lasting protection against tetanus, typically up to 10 years, similar to the TT vaccine.
