I am 31 yrs old active person yesterday I did some routine tests and found the following results, I am active person, running 3-4 km daily and I don't smoke I don't take any kind of tobacco. However I am drinking strictly 1 bottle beer on every Saturday, rest I don't eat anything sugar and fried food , I am working out in gym for 1 hr daily. My weight is 77kg and height is 170cm. Please let me know if results are normal or need to do some changes in my lifestyle. Or evaluate further. I did ultrasound 1 yr back they said u have fatty liver grade 1, again I repeat 6 months back it came normal

Depends on your health status. Your bmi, body weight, the kind of food you consume on a regular basis. Cut down alcohol. If once a week, since a very long time alcohol consumption can also lead to all of this. Take tab. Rosuvastatin 10mg one tablet per day before breakfast, for one month and start exercising. Repeat these tests after a month and review back with me with a consultation.
