Emergency pills are known to cause irregular vaginal bleeding This irregular bleeding is called withdrawal bleeding The only way to differentiate between withdrawal breeding and your periods would be a pregnancy test

A home urine pregnancy test would give you full certainty, since bleeding patterns after Ipill vary a lot from person to person.
Next Steps
If your next period is delayed or feels different from usual, please retest and see a gynaecologist.
