Tested postive at HCG but lite bleeding

After I missed my period for 10 days I tested for pregnancy but got a negative result ...after two days I got stringy blood clot and slite bleeding twice a day...and I again used a pregnancy kit ..and I got positive for 2 alternative day  ...but still having slite bleeding and stringy blood clot for past 5 days.. Kindly assist
