Test positive after abortion
I had an abortion done at 6 weeks with no fetus pole with pills .. on 4th Nov I took second pill and on 5th Nov I started bleeding to which I went to doc for repeat scan after 15 days .. it was all clear .. now again on 8th Dec I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive.. am I pregnant .. ? Bcz during 29th of Nov we used protection during intercourse but somehow I feel there was some leakage ..

The urine pregnancy test doesn't become negative soon after the abortion. It may take up to 2 weeks after the abortion. Please mention the dates of all the occurrences like the date of last period, date of D&C and the date of any period after the D&C (if you had).

Since ultrasound after the abortion was normal. You can wait for your next period.
If you still there is some discharge or spotting ., wear an sanitary pad and observe the amount of discharge or bleeding. lf you notice any foul smelling discharge or heavy bleeding with clots, please consult your local obgyn immediately
