I cannot concentrate on anything. I become panic stricken for very small things. I always have negative thoughts. I feel that I might die. I have nightmares. I have become very superstitious. Please help me to become normal again.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression.
