I easily became depress over very small things. Very small things makes me feel down nd weak .I start thinking negative about myself . Sometimes I start hating myself . Its now my habit to do small mistakes Everytime . I tried myself to be very cautious nd alert but still I couldn't stop myself from doing mistakes. These mistakes makes me feel bad.
