Go for intralesional steroid injection or PRP injections. Resistant Tennis Elbow is difficult to treat and needs aggressive therapy.

There is no point applying elbow wraps or taking rest now as probably during early time you did not give adequate immobilisation to your affected elbow.

Hi, Do tennis elbow exercises with physio. If it is not helpful then go for steroid or PRP injection. It is mostly effective.

PRP inj would be the next choice. however needs examination before. see a sports surgeon as there are now arthroscopic surgical intervention available for recalcitrant disease.
