What is the normal temperature of 21 months boy. He is having fever and temperature is around 100.8 and some times 101.

Fever below 2 yrs is usually above 99 degree Fahrenheit. But in summer evening temperatures some time may reach 99 . Roughly by back of hand feel on the abdomen not on forehead if feels hot it is usually fever.
