Temperature not coming down

My daughter got fever with cold today morning. I Gave paracetamol at 9.30 am. Her temperature was 99.5. But it did reduce. So i gave paracetamol syrup at 2.30 pm and at 7.10 pm. I'm afraid. She is taking medicine for fits. Today due to temperature raise she got fits. How to reduce her temperature.

Better to get admitted. Encourage more liquids Cold sponging in neck, armpits and groin.
