Is it possible to loose eyesight temporarily as a result of a panic attack? I had to have a difficult conversation all throughout the day, and when it ended late afternoon, I was just sitting quietly. Suddenly, I realised, I was not able to see anything clearly -- even the book in front of me. I was able to make out only the light and the dark, and the blurred shapes of the different objects in room. It lasted for about 2-3 min. My father was diagnosed with Glaucoma when he was 50.
