As a specialist   your teeth looks fine , its your natural colour  although the image quite bright  due to flash . Use a soft brush  , wich ever toothpast you might get, Yes Colgate visible white has shown results to some extent but will not perform as you are expecting . If you need a flawless pearl white tooht ,You need a Dental office bleaching . There is an central Gap  too between your upper incissors if it bothers you,  can go for an orthodontic treatment or Crowns to corrects it. Let me know if any query.
