Can I use hydrogen paroxide to whiten my teeth. Or it will be dangerous to use in mouth? Pls guide me coz my teeth is pale yellow

Hydrogen peroxide clears only extrinsic stains like the ones caused by tea or coffee or use of tobacco...it cannot clear intrinsic stains or the teeth which have become yellow owing to loss of enamel
