As rightly already suggested; sensitivity could be because of various reasons. Try gargling with salt in luke warm water; if it is because of gum infection, it will help. Also try toothpaste for sensitive teeth like Colgate sensitive pro relief or Sensodyne. Hope these help, if not; please contact a Dentist, who will be able to treat you better after a thorough dental examination. Smiles

Sensitive teeth in ur case might be because of gum falling down and exposure of ur tooth root or worn out teeth due to faulty brushing. Have a consultation with ur nearest Dental Surgeon.

Tooth sensitivity may be due to dentin exposure of your teeth. I would advise meeting a dentist because only after thorough examination the cause of the problem can be found.
