Hello, I don't understand what do you mean by salty. Rest if blood is coming out,it may be pyria (gum disease)/ or there may be cavity in between 2 teeth which got infected and pus and blood is coming out. Still nothing I can assure without seeing your condition. So visit dentist to know exact reason
