Having pain in teeth with multiples teeth having cavity.Molar(teeth ) having pain. Premolar teeth also having pain.

Hi,the infection has reachd the nerve of the tooth that's why it's paining,can't save it with normal filling now,shd go for  root canal treatment.kindly meet Ur doctor.if the cavity is n the wisdom teeth,it's better to get it removed
