Namaskaram, We need to take good care of the child's baby teeth. They do eventually fall out but until then they play an important role in helping the child bite, chew food, speak clearly and also save space for the permanent teeth.Hence mainting a good oral hygiene from the very first tooth is important . Brushing with proper brushing technique and making this a fun activity so that the child gets motivated is the main goal . Don't panic. You just have to clean the rough surface. It will be normal in few days. Just maintain the hygiene. Brush her teeth, clean her tongue. Make sure you clean teeth with cloth or gauze after every meal.

Just take a clean cotton or cloth and rub the tooth, it is mostly a superficial layer due to not being able to brush. Also, please start brushing your kids teeth twice a day.
