Hi, It's really unfortunate that your tooth broke down. But that was due to a long standing decay with the same. As per your OPG, both your 2nd last and last but third teeth seem to be showing a deep cavity. You will have to undergo Root Canal Treatment with probably both the teeth, followed by post and core build up if the 3rd last tooth and crowns on both root canal treated teeth.
