Hello, Your wisdom teeth is able to come completely into the oral cavity. It is lying half inside the bone which is creating gap between bone and soft tissue. You might also be suffering from food lodgement.

kindly get your x-ray done, and get your teeth extracted. For relief, use betadiene gargle in luke warm water, thrice a day, flushing mouth for 2 to 3 minutes to get relief.

Wisdom tooth is half embeded in hard and soft tissue. It need to be extracted. Visit dentist get xray done n tooth extraction.

Tooth is impacted in soft tissue , only half of it is erupted . Most probably your upper wisdom tooth has erupted and it has been hurting tissue over last molar tooth
