Age 30 since 10 days ending one of teeth seems got damaged suddenly looks little hole
May i know headache of right side one side headche related to tooth infected pls conform
Having teeth pain aswell
And may i know removing ending tooth is safe or any side effects pls conform thanks

The headache as you said can be because of offending tooth.
You need to get a video consultation done or try a physical consultation for better understanding of your problem.
Removing a tooth which is not worth saving is absolutely fine as it will not cause any problem in future if you are getting it replaced . If after removal you are not getting it replaced thn other teeth might start troubling you in future.
