No need to worry...… Concerning the age of your child, she is in MIXED DENTITION period now..... it is normal in this stage....The gap in the upper front teeth is medically called as UGLY DUCKLING STAGE which is a self correcting anamoly....The gap gets corrected itself once the upper canine teeth gets erupted.....the alignment will gets corrected once all teeth gets erupted..
