Hi,usually no pain should be experienced if the local anaesthetic is delivered properly by an experienced dentist, and secondly sometimes the crown of the adjacent tooth can be hampered while extraction. If it so happens you will have to get recrowning done.Medications before the extraction shall definitely reduce the apprehension.

Extraction will be done under local anesthesia and most extractions are usually painless. Normally the RCT tooth should not be affected

The risk of the nearby tooth or crown getting affected is always there but the dentist usually take adequate care. And regarding the broken tooth, if needed a surgeon or the experienced dentist Will opt to remove it by making space in bone surgically. It’s safer in case of difficult to remove teeth and helps healing faster than just pulling them out conventionally.
