I have diagnosed with acid reflux few days ago and I am noticing teeth discoloration and patches too. Please suggest what to do.

Hie.. at very first, you need to get rid of these frequent acid reflux.. find out in ur diet or some avoidable habits.. include antacid medicine for some days .. avoid heavy,oily and spicy meals..
