I have two decayed wisdom teeth, which I have to get extracted on 1st April. I am currently on oral antibiotics and pain killers (Paracetamol and Ibuprofen). However I have a very bad tooth ache intermittently. Is there a local gel or spray that I could use to numb the pain till the procedure. Kindly suggest

I the above mentioned medicines... There is no antibiotic. Get antibiotics from your working dentist. You can repeat pain killer every 6hourly.
