You need to go for orthodontic (Braces) treatment followed by retainer for minimum of one year continuous wear....
AAs you already gone through the orthodontic treatment please continue the wearing of retainer continuously for an year

HAVE you shown it to an orthodontist ? there are two types of retainers passive thats when you have completed your orthodontic treatment ,the other is active . get a check up done with the picture it looks live your lateral incisor is missing ,though not very clear
