You were not brushing back side of upper teeth. U need a dentist help. Also ask doctor about proper brushing technique

Visit a dental clinic for confirm diagnosis. In my view it can be due to improper maturation of your teeth. Fluorosis or enamel hypomineralization..

Hi. This staining happens due to color present  in the food such as tea, coffee etc. Once it develops it will not be removed by brushing. You will need to get scaling (cleaning) done at a clinic.

Dear Sir, This change in the color of the tooth can be due to stains or cavity in your tooth.  Please visit your dentist and get a check up done. Don't worry, the brown color can be brought back to normal.
