If I'm doing 1 hr exercise at gym, walking for 5 km daily so can I have 2 cups of chai (sugar + milk) daily ? Still I will get weight ?

Hi Having a 2cup of tea will not cause you weight gain but if you have a tea only made from full cream milk and 3tsp of sugar will disturb your weight lose program.
