Can I use chilly smoke to induce cough in milliary tb after starting akt 3 cough has stopped coming but chest x ray has worsen doctor is suspecting drug resistance and has advised to go for genexpert.

Using chilly smoke is not at all recommended. There is proper procedure for Induction of Sputum under medical supervision.

Pls dont use such measures. If you want to send for genexpert and you are not able to produce cough, Induce with saline nebulization from any small clinics or else can go for bronchoscopy as last resort to send samples
