Tartar buildup

I have removed tartar via dentist 30-40 days before and after brushing twice a day tartar buildup is happening so what are the reasons and how to avoid it (position :- behind front teeth)

Sometimes this could also happen because you have minor gaps in your teeth, which may required to be corrected via either traditional braces or aligners. Malialigned teeth make maintainence of oral hygiene very difficult.

many factors can hinder it . improper brushing habit can lead to this . Even if you are using mouthwash that can also double the accumulation due to the cushion effect .
