Tapering b12 dose
I am taking methylcobalmin 1500 mcg tablets from last 1.5 month as my b12 was low 117pg/ml due to which I faced tingling ,numbness,memory loss, anxiety, sleeping problem etc. Initally the symptoms gone away but nowadays I feel more sleepy in day and night .
Also, I am taking vitamin d3 per month
Should I taper the dose & how can I do that ?
