Height growth is natural and cannot be controlled. Still you can try out stretching exercises.
For weight gain, eat more bananas, rice, potatoes and other carbs. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg food then eat it more often. Drink milk everyday. Take a small walk daily.
