Taking Shilajit

2022-10-07 04:04:10
I'm a regular gym goer and recently my personal trainer suggested to take Dabur Shilaji. Is taking Shilajit on a continuous basis beneficial? Are there any side effects?? Kindly suggest.

Hi, Excessive use of Shilajit might prove allergic. It can also result to itchiness, increased heart rate, dizziness and nausea. It might also increase the level of uric acid in your body. So without any specific reason you should avoid taking regularly.

Yes they can cause side effects if they amount goes beyond requirements, or we start taking them without the requirements of the body.
