Is it safe to eat Naproxen tablet and notriptyline tablet together for sciatica ? .... . . . . . . . . ...
Naproxen → NSAID; analgesic/anti-inflammatory, useful for acute pain, migraine, musculoskeletal pain.
Amitriptyline → tricyclic antidepressant; at low doses commonly used for neuropathic pain and migraine prevention.
They can generally be used together when clinically indicated; there is no major direct drug–drug interaction.
However, naproxen increases GI ulcer/bleeding and renal risk, while amitriptyline can cause drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation, postural hypotension and anticholinergic effects.

Naproxen and nortriptyline can sometimes be prescribed together for sciatica, but take them only in the dose advised for you. Naproxen should be taken after food and avoided with ulcers, kidney disease, blood thinners or pregnancy unless your doctor approves. Nortriptyline may cause drowsiness, dry mouth or dizzinessâavoid alcohol and driving until you know its effect.

Yes, naproxen and nortriptyline can generally be taken together for sciatica, if prescribed appropriately. There is no major direct drug interaction. Naproxen should preferably be taken after food, and nortriptyline is usually taken at night due to drowsiness.
