Sysron N for heavy bleeding

I had got my periods back after 1 year 2 months since childbirth and I'm still breastfeeding. My periods are very irregular for last 2 months. I got heavy bleeding with cramps a week back and doctor suggested sysron n for 10 days 1-1-1 Heavy bleeding has stopped but spotting with cramps in the night while feeding baby. Taking tablet for 3 days.
