Hi doctor my sister had abdominal open hysterectomy surgery and it has been 42 days but she still feel swelling inside near to the stitches at abdomen is that normal or should we connect a doctor. Thank you

Is it painful ? Red ? Any pus discharge ? If yes, it could be infected. If no, it could be just granulation tissue or a granuloma. Toh need to show to a doctor physically to get a diagnosis.
