I suffered a cut while trimming my genitals, i used savlon to clean the cut. After my shower i felt an continuous inflammation on my right testicle and it went on like this the whole day, next day i saw swelling on my right testicle but there was no burning sensation or inflammation and wound appeared as abrasion so i applied coconut oil as first aid and then took an antibiotic the name of which i don't remember. The swelling is the same as it was on the first day and I'm feeling a bit inflammation too. I don't know if it's an infection or what, I'm bot feeling any pain while urinating or any fever. Please tell me what's the issue.
