Just by looking at ultrasound of swollen lymph nodes can u tell me whether it is malignant or benign?

No it can't be predicted with ultrasound alone. U need further evaluation with FNAC and if it's not confirmatory u may need excision and biopsy based on surgeon's advice Do consult don't neglect it bcoz it could be chronic infection like tuberculous

Generally cannot be made out without size and blood supply to it..better dont neglect those things as needle is better than knife
