Yesterday Suddenly gum swollen behind right side lower molar teeth with severe ache followed by fever

You should go for clinical examination along with an X ray. .It will give a clear diagnosis for the treatment plan whether the tooth has to go for filling. .or root canal treatment or cleaning of the gums. .till then start with analgesics and antibiotics. . Warm saline rinses will give  relief temporarily..
