Due to cavity in one of my teeth there is a severe swelling on that portion because of which face has also swelled up and it is affecting the nerves

Plz visit ur dentist ASAP and get the intraoral x-ray done as the swelling may be due to a cavity that has extended beyond the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve and to treat the same u may have to undergo RCT!
