My right side of the face is swollen. It started with gums problem then doctor said it could be wisdom tooth problem as I'm 22 doctor said it could pain as wisdom tooth grows however the pain increases and I'm unable to swallow or open my mouth ...nor talk

Swelling might b due to infection in that area. The reason for swelling should be carefully assessed with the help of clinical and also x ray findings. Consult ur Dental Surgeon and get an X ray done for accurate diagnosis and treatment plan
